Nixplay’s Terms & Conditions on Promotions



  1. Promotional discounts can be added automatically or manually, and will be applied prior to shipping, handling, and sales tax charges.

  2. Promotional discounts on www.nixplay.com, www.nixplay.co.uk, www.nixplay.de and www.nixplay.ca are not applicable to and cannot be used on any other marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, Best Buy).

  3. You can only avail of one promotional discount per purchase. You cannot avail of Promotional Codes or other offers while availing an ongoing Nixplay Online Shop promotion.

  4. You will only be eligible to avail of the promotion if your purchase is made within the advertised promotional period in the specified region. Promotions may vary by region.

  5. Nixplay reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or withdraw a promotion at any time on reasonable notice.

  6. Promotion codes are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash. They can only be used once unless otherwise stated and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers. They cannot be applied to previously placed orders or products not in stock at the time of purchase.

  7. Nixplay may offer discounts if you buy frames in bulk. If bulk discounting is specifically promoted, you will be eligible for the lowest discount rate for single purchases. You can get the highest available discount rate for 3 or more frames purchased on the same order within the promotional period shipped to the same address.

  8. You can only purchase a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 10 frames per order at any given time.
